Support Choices is delighted to have received a grant from ‘players of People’s Postcode Lottery’.

The grant will help us to continue to respond to all referrals we receive as quickly as possible. Every week we hear from people who need information, advice and support to get the care they need.

We help people to stay in control of their lives and make decisions about how their care needs are met.
