We’re looking for a part-time Community Broker to join our team at Support Choices.
The role involves supporting people across Perth and Kinross with information and advice about Self-Directed Support and social care.
It’s up to 25 hours a week, with flexible working and a mix of home working, our Dunkeld office and locations across Perth and Kinross.

Early onset dementia and SDS
With funding from the NHS Tayside foundation we have completed a project to understand how Self-Directed Support (SDS) information and advice can be tailored and improved for people with early-onset dementia (EOD).
We sought to identify best practice in enabling people to remain in control of their care, supporting their families, and delaying or avoiding residential care.
