Richard has a long background in managing social care services, specialising in autism. He joined Support Choices in June 2022 and leads the team and works with the Board of Trustees to manage the charity.

​Vivian brings a background in social housing, hospitality, and social care, with a focus on people-centred work and community engagement. Vivian has a particular interest in supporting children, families, and individuals with additional support needs (ASN).

Sam has a background in mental health nursing and experience working across a range of social care settings. For the past three years, she has been part of the Support Choices team as a Community Worker, supporting individuals and families to navigate Self-Directed Support and make informed choices about their care

Vicky has extensive experience in administrative roles within the third sector, supporting charities and community organisations with efficient coordination and day-to-day operations.

Alison has an extensive background in a variety of Health & Social Care settings, developing & managing services for a wide range of Individuals. She joined Support Choices in August 2023 & supports Individuals/Families mainly in the south area of Perth & Kinross
